1. Services

AJ ProClean Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services based on the agreed service package, appointment date, and scope of work discussed during booking.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that clients provide accurate information regarding the property size, condition, and requested services to ensure proper scheduling and pricing.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, unsafe weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We may accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Electronic Payments
• Other approved payment methods

Late or declined payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Access To Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring our team has access to the property at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and address the concern appropriately.

7. Safety

For safety reasons, our cleaners will not:

• Handle hazardous materials
• Lift excessively heavy items
• Clean areas considered unsafe or unsanitary beyond normal service scope

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

8. Damages & Liability

AJ ProClean Services LLC is fully committed to handling your property with care and professionalism.

If damage occurs during service, clients must report it within 24 hours of the appointment. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by unstable or improperly installed items

9. Pets

Clients are responsible for securing aggressive or unsafe pets during cleaning appointments.

10. Website Use

All content, logos, branding, and materials on this website belong to AJ ProClean Services LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
